Privacy Policy
Effective date: [launch date]
The Revenue Partner ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use therevenuepartner.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use the Sales Calculator, we ask for your name and email address, and you may add your company. We also keep what you entered into the calculator: where you're hiring, the role, the number of hires, your cost assumptions and the estimate it produced.
When you book a conversation, you schedule it through Calendly, which collects the details its booking form asks for. Calendly's own privacy policy covers that information.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view and the site that referred you. With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use the site. Analytics uses cookies; see Cookies and analytics below.
How we use information
- To show your calculator estimate and follow up about it
- To schedule and prepare for conversations you book
- To answer your questions and messages
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Render, which hosts the website
- Our form service and database, which receive calculator submissions
- Smartsheet, where we track inquiries
- Microsoft 365, which delivers our email
- Calendly, which handles bookings
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), which measures site use
- Salt Collective, our marketing partner, which receives inquiry notifications
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful and where people get stuck. In the United States they are on by default, and you can opt out at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, they stay off unless you allow them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and calculator information for as long as we need it to follow up and run our business, then delete it. [Confirm a retention period.]
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from any email we send by using the link in it or by replying to ask us to stop.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
