Meet Your Partners

The team behind the growth.

Why we do this

Jen has sat on both sides of the sales number. She’s been the rep starting every month back at zero, and she’s worked alongside owners carrying the pressure of hitting the number. She started The Revenue Partner because she believes there’s no better way to make a living than selling and growing a business, and she knows how hard it can be. Our job is to replace the guesswork with a clear plan, a team that knows what to do, and revenue you can count on, so owners and sales teams end the day feeling productive and confident.

Jen Orvis

A quote that hits

“As now, so then.”

Jen has spent more than 25 years in B2B sales across distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, publishing, and professional services. She founded The Revenue Partner in 2022 to give growing companies what most are missing: a clear sales process, a plan to hit their numbers, and someone to make it happen.

Since launching The Revenue Partner, she’s driven 54% revenue growth for a medical clinic and opened more than $500M in pipeline opportunities through LinkedIn outreach for a product sold into trucking and oil and gas. Earlier in her career, she managed $60M in redistribution branch sales and grew one segment 92%. On a sales team of 250, she was consistently a top-five producer in both volume and accounts closed. Her manager once told her, “I never have to wonder if you’re working. You get up ready to go every day.”

Jen is LEAN certified and has worked across many industries. As a student of selling, she took Jeffrey Gitomer’s advice over 15 years ago and joined Toastmasters, where she has been a member and leader ever since. She’s president of a weekly Firestorm networking group, a Leadership Program of the Rockies alum (Class of 2022), a former board president of a chamber of commerce, and has served on BOMA Denver committees. She stays active in several associations to better understand her clients.

At The Revenue Partner, Jen works alongside owners and leadership teams to build the sales strategy, process, and people that turn goals into revenue. (She loves to roll up her sleeves with the sales team and get to work, too.) Most days start at 4:30a with friends at Lifetime. A good day means a workout, prayer time, and a made bed, all before 8:00a!

In a previous sales role, he grew his book of business more than 250% in five years, ranked #1 in his region, and held the region’s highest average account size, 40% above the next. He also led a statewide sales operation across four offices, coaching a team of 12 to steady revenue growth. Todd is a natural networker who builds lasting partnerships. Outside of work, you’ll find him at BBQ competitions, hanging with his animals, laughing with friends, debriefing the latest show, and helping friends and family.

See what a sales hire really costs where you are: pay for the role in your area, plus benefits, recruiting, ramp-up and turnover. It takes about a minute.

First, who's asking?

Enter your name and email to open the calculator.

This is an estimate, not a quote. Your actual costs will vary.

Pay is the median annual wage for the role where you're hiring, from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025 (bls.gov). Benefits, recruiting, ramp-up and turnover start at published averages, each listed with its source under Advanced, and you can change them.
