Terms of Service
Effective date: [launch date]
These terms apply to your use of therevenuepartner.com, run by The Revenue Partner ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Sales Calculator
The Sales Calculator gives a general estimate for planning only. Pay figures come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and may not match what you'd actually pay. The other figures are published averages or numbers you enter. The estimate is not financial, legal, tax or hiring advice, and actual costs will vary. Make hiring decisions based on your own situation and, where needed, professional advice.
Booking a conversation
Conversations are booked through Calendly, a third-party service with its own terms. Booking a conversation doesn't create a client relationship. Any engagement with The Revenue Partner is covered by a separate written agreement.
Our content
The text, design, logos, photos, video and tools on this site belong to The Revenue Partner or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Revenue Partner, its owner and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or the calculator.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
